RBK2/400A TYPE FUSE SWITCH DISCONNECTORS
Thanks to their very good technical parameters fuse switch disconnectors produced by Apator S.A. are among the best products of this type in Poland. They obtained the acceptance and recognition of, among others, power plants, switchgear producers and electricity installation companies in Poland and abroad. This type of disconnectors has fuse elements for protection of electrical circuits against the effects of overloads and short-circuit faults. They are designated for connecting receivers in three-phase power circuits with maximum voltage of 690V.
This year Apator S.A. commenced production of a new device: RBK2/400A. Its design considers all technical parameters required by appropriate standards (conformity with IEC PN/EN 60947-3) and growing demands and expectations of the market. Also a number of comments and indications from trade partners of the company were taken into account. Thanks to this we were able to obtain a product that combines many unique characteristics.
RBK2 disconnector includes:
- detachable cover with fuse links acting as contacts,
- base furnished with spring jaw contacts and terminals,
- cover of the disconnector has slides enabling opening for metering of voltage at the fuse link contacts (the a/m function may be blocked from inside the cover),
- on the cover and on the base of the disconnector there are places to put a disconnector description during usage,
- handles for sealing and closing the cover with a padlock,
- microswitches enabling remote signalization of cover closing.
|
RBK2 device is also available in version for fixing on busbars with spacing of:
Connection of outflow leads is possible both from top and bottom of the device. |
This should be considered in the order by adding an appropriate mark to the RBK2 symbol:
- SD (leads from the bottom of the device) or
- SG (leads from the top of the device – picture 3)
The construction of the disconnector allows it to be fitted on busbars under voltage with any previously chosen direction of outflow leads – up or down.
Reacting to the growing requirements of the market Apator S.A. developed various ways of fitting the power and outflow leads in the RBK2 device which are discussed below.
Wiring in RBK2
Bridge clampsthe possibility to connect an insulated Cu/Al wire with a section of 50-185mm2. |
Terminal screwFor wires with cable ending (wire section up to 240mm2). |
V type clampsthe possibility to connect an insulated Cu/Al wire with a section of 35-240mm2. |
2V type clampsthe possibility to connect two insulated Cu/Al wires with a section of 35-240mm2 to each of the clamps. |
