RA 1250

R-series isolating switch disconnectors and switch fuses are designed to distribute electrical energy and protect electrical equipment against short circuits and overloads effects in three phase mains. They can be applied as:
  • main and outlet disconnectors in distribution equipment
  • isolating disconnectors
  • disconnectors for control and protection of electrical motors and other alternative current electrical equipment

Characteristic features

All apparatuses are manufactured in Apator SA and they are characterised by the following features:
  • safety of service and easy mounting
  • insulating materials self- extinguishing V-0 (according to UL 94)
  • current circuits silver plated
  • self- tightening and self- cleaning contacts
  • disconnecting of poles in two places
  • complete isolation of fuses in „off" position
  • hand drive, independent

Operating conditions

Isolating switch disconnectors are designed for installing indoors where there is no dust, aggressive or explosive gases:
  • at ambient temperature since -25°C up to +55°C
  • at altitude up 2000 m above sea level

They can also be installed outdoors, in cabinets with IP 34 protection degree or higher.
